Fully furnished, kitchen (utensils, pans, small fridge etc.) and cooking facilities, small toiletry point, bathroom, walled wardrobe, 2 beds, (+1 optional for free, 2nd for extra 10%), 4 chairs, 2 tables, wooden windows (`irocco` quality/mosquitos protected) on its 3 sides, with general cleaning and change of sheets, towels etc. weekly. Spetses is a pine island, one of the very top destinations in Greece, with long history, statuses and museum (first island to declare the Greek revolution of 1821 in the near `metropolitan` church, with the scattered remains of the preserved canons lying by the sea), with traditional houses, sandy and rocky beaches, fully touristic. No cars are allowed in the summer time, but there are horse carriages, bikes and motor bikes, touristic buses and traditional large wooden boats (locally constructed) to reach the rear and distant beaches, and (quite expensive, up to 75 euros) taxi boats for wealthier visitors and all destinations, excursions are possible to the nearby historic island of Hydra and Peloponnese beaches. Prepayment to a bank account is necessary (for up to a month vacation), 30% of which in advance for reservation and the rest with handed keys). Reach the island by road or sea. Cars to be parked (early in the morning at the house after routine police permit or) across Peloponnese at 25` away by beautiful boats at 2e each, at private fenced parking costing 5e a day. Distance from Athens is 175 kms and lasts 2.15` h. Instead, sea link is available from the port of Piraeus with `Flying Dolphins` at 70e return per person, and lasts 2h/2.30`h/3h. Piraeus is served by the airport by bus link `h at reasonable prices.
